If you want to create sustainable change in your life, tracking the practices that cultivate that change are essential. This might include tracking new behaviors, habits to cultivate, qualities, or practices – anything you want to bring your awareness to. The often under-appreciated act of tracking can change your life! Research shows that tracking alone can result in behavior change. It will help you outsmart your ego and cultivate the life you want to be living.

Practice Menu
If you want to make changes in your life, a menu approach can help you:
1. Enhance your experience of a quality (for example, joy, creativity, happiness, etc.)
2. Gain momentum on a project (for example, clearing clutter, producing a play, planning a vacation)
3. Allow for variety in a particular area of practice (for example, spiritual upliftment, creativity, exercise, wellbeing, etc.)
